Our story began in 2016, when founder and CEO, Matt Thibeau, was working at a 9-5 job—clocking in, clocking out, and watching his years blur by. Deep down, he knew he wanted more for his life. Not just a paycheck... But purpose. A chance to build something meaningful.
So, he left and pursued his dreams of entrepreneurship. Armed with a beat-up laptop, a fierce work ethic, and a strange amount of Perrier water, he started freelancing out of his bedroom—running Facebook ads for local businesses. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was real. And it was his.
Then came the turning point: a struggling landscaping company was referred to Matt. They were barely scraping by—and need help getting more leads. Matt launched a campaign for them, and after their first month, they pulled in an extra $10,000 in profit.
Matt was amazed. He realized how effective social media could be for the construction industry. So, he doubled down on what worked, and began to systemize and refine the process.
Over the next few years, Matt assembled a team of experts who shared his passion for marketing, and helping others. The company began working with contractors across Canada and the U.S., creating a movement across North America.
