Our story began in 2016, when founder Matt Thibeau was working a 9–5 marketing job for a construction company—doing “fine,” but feeling stuck. The kind of stuck most entrepreneurs know well: steady paycheck, big ideas, and the quiet fear of wasting potential.
So, he took the leap. Armed with a beat-up laptop, a relentless work ethic, and a strange amount of Perrier water, he started freelancing out of his bedroom—running Facebook ads for local businesses. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was real, and it was his.
But like many startups, the early days were tough. He worked for free more times than he’d like to admit, chasing proof and validation that his ideas and systems actually work.
Some months barely covered expenses. Others didn’t at all. There were many moments when the doubt crept in hard, and he considered giving up plenty of times.
Then came the turning point: a struggling landscaping company was referred to Matt. They were barely scraping by—and needed help getting more leads and sales, fast.
Matt launched a campaign for them, and within 30 days, they pulled in an extra $10,000 in profit from a large outdoor-living project.
That was the moment everything clicked. Matt knew he was on the right track. He doubled down, refined the system, and turned it into a repeatable growth engine—which today is called Quantum Marketing.
Over time, he built a team of experts that shared his passion for marketing and helping others.
