Yes. Ad spend is charged separately from our management fee directly on your credit card for full transparency. A minimum ad spend of $1,500 per month is required. For ad spend over $5,000 per month, a 10% management fee will be applied to the amount over $5,000. This is because higher ad budgets require more management and attention. 

With prompt communication on your end, our team can set up and launch your campaign within 14 business days of your onboarding call.

Typically within 48 hours or less, you will receive your first leads upon campaign launch. Within your first month, our goal is for you to close your first couple projects.

This is best suited for landscaping and outdoor living contractors doing $300k - $5M per year who want to attract more residential installation projects. 

This is not a good fit if you are just getting started (under $300k/yr), or if you're looking for commercial work.

Your level of involvement will be directly correlated to the results you get. We need around three hours of your time to get the campaign set up and ready to launch. We also expect you to communicate with us regularly through our group chat on a weekly basis. And finally, every two weeks you will be expected to do a 30-minute video call with us so we can ensure things are on the right track. 

1. We understand your industry. We only work with landscaping and outdoor living contractors. So we already know what works and what doesn't. 

2. You get exclusivity on your service area. We will never work with your competitors. 

3. Our services are month-to-month. We'll never lock you into a long-term contract. 

4. Results are guaranteed. If you don't get at least 90 new landscaping opportunities in 90 days, you don't pay. 

5. We listen to your input. This is a collaboration, so any feedback you provide to us will be considered. 

6. We're not a one-man show, but we're also not a 100+ person company. This means you get all the benefits of a smaller firm without the risk of working with a freelancer.

7. All our packages include a custom green industry CRM. This allows us to offer end-to-end pipeline support, meaning we're able to bridge the gap between marketing and sales, which delivers better results.
